Those who wish to order cookies for after Hari Raya (mid October 2009 onwards) can still do so by emailing littlelandshop@gmail.com because we do take orders for other occasions like birthdays and weddings.

Kuih Mazola

My Aunt used to make this Kuih Mazola eversince I could remember. And I would always request her to pack me some to bring home. Now her daughters are taking over all kuih making and the recipe just tastes as good. I started making this delicious cookies when I was craving for them in Dublin. They don't have Mazola brand corn oil but here in Malaysia I'm using real Mazola brand corn oil.

This is a new one that my Mom tried out during last year's Hari Raya. It became an instant hit at my sisters' offices. Simple and delicious!

Kuih Arab

Soft dough with QBB Ghee butter, coated with generous icing sugar, they just melt in your mouth. I made them bite size, so that you would have enough icing sugar, just nice to indulge one after another. I cannot find others like my Mom's recipe...

Almond London

I have tasted a lot of Almond London cookies and decided that I like my Mom's the best. The key to a delicious Almond London cookie is you have got to have a whole almond inside (not half of an almond like in most cookies sold now), the dough has to be made with good quality butter and a quite expensive and good quality chocolate coating.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I found this delicious Chocolate Chip cookies recipe from the back of Vochelle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip packet. After some modification and a lot of unsuccessful experiment, I have made this recipe even better! ( I like them non-chewy) I have been making them since I was in high school and this is our family's all-time favourite.

Ever since I discovered this recipe from the back of the Kellogs Cornflakes box, I have been religiously making them every Hari Raya. They are crispy and the dough just melt in your mouth, a perfect combination!
