I love anything that has to do with custard sauce or custard filling. Before I knew how to make these cream puffs, I used to visit the La Boheme bakery in Jusco to get myself these sweet treats. Little did i know it was rather a simple recipe but the happiness and love poured into my cream puff is what I'd like to think as.... Special. Thank you Hana, Ir and Myra for your generous orders.
